There will also be opportunities to mingle with faculty, staff, and student representatives from across campus for an inside look on what being a Bobcat is all about.

Signing up for Bobcat Days will also entitle you to ONE FREE TICKET for a Bobcat sports event on the same weekend! Additional tickets for guests and family will also be available for purchase at a discount. Details about claiming tickets will be included in your sign-up confirmation and reminder emails.
Visit the Meadows Center at Texas State University and show your Bobcat Day confirmation at the ticketing kiosk to receive a special $6.00 per person discounted rate for Glass Bottom Boat Tours.
In February, the Meadows Center will be open 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with the first boat going out at 10 a.m. and last boat going out at 3:30 p.m. Hours in April will be 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the first boat of the day going out at 10 a.m. and last boat going out at 4:30 p.m.
Discover “ideas worth spreading” at TXST's 2025 TEDx event on February 22. TEDx is an interactive conference with live speakers, live entertainment, and audience activations.
This year's theme is "Legacy" and speakers will share the impact of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as well as the limitless possibilities and the promising future possible through education. February Bobcat Day attendees will receive a discount code to save $10 off tickets to this year's TEDx event.

To arrange Bobcat Day participation for a large group (10 or more students), please complete the Large Group Reservations for Bobcat Day form at least one week prior to the event. If you have any questions, please email the Alumni and Future Student Welcome Center.
