Unable to attend your scheduled visit?

1. Open the confirmation email you received when you registered and use the link provided to return to the registration website.
2. At the bottom of the web page, use the "Cancel Registration" button to cancel your visit.
3. Use the “Update” button to reschedule for another time or modify your information.
