How would you describe the atmosphere at Texas State?
The atmosphere at Texas State is energetic, engaging, and empowering. There’s never a lack of activities on campus, whether they be athletic, academic, or social. There’s a home for every type of individual on campus and it’s forever growing.
What advice do you have for future students?
Do your research early and plan to visit before deciding on an institution. The “feel” of a school matters more than you may initially think. You owe it to yourself to visit all your options before making a commitment. Then, once you make that commitment, plan to get involved!
What are three things you love about Texas State?
- I love the campus atmosphere because it not only engages students, but it empowers them to be the leaders of tomorrow without reservation.
- The institution is consistently looking for ways to improve the student experience.
- Lastly, everyone is family here at Texas State regardless of background.
